"I founded Redbird Recruiting with the goal of being able to help collegiate athletes to find the best possible careers in the work force throughout different industries and niches. While that is still one of our main goals at Redbird, we have extended into a completely innovative business structure. Redbird is here to stay as a hybrid model in the recruiting/staffing realm to empower recruiters with their own book of business while working to close candidates for selected clientele through Redbird Recruiting, LLC. We truly aim to bring the best candidates to companies across the country in a unique, but successful manner!
